Whey powder is produced by the process of evaporating water from the flowing whey then dried in a spray tower.

Creamy white powder. Taste and smell typical for pasteurized whey, smell without foreign odour.
APPLICATIONS
Bakery products, ice cream, confectionery, processed cheese, frozen desserts, sauces, meat emulsions, confectionery, soups, pasta sauces.
