Ice cream 1. Dissolve 200g of powder in 300ml of cold water 2. Stir well until the mix is completely dissolved 3. Allow the mix to age 30-40 minutes in the freezer to cool properly down. 4. Whip the mix using an electric mixer for 2-5 minutes, depending on the desired consistency 5. Put the mix back in the freezer until firm for 3-6 hours or overnight, depending on how big you freeze the container (s). Small serving dishes freeze through much faster than one large bowl/box.
Flavoured vegan milk Dissolve 25 g of powder in 200 ml of cold water or vegan milk.
