PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The product is made from cow's milk that has been pasteurized for at least 15 seconds at 72°C or is subjected to a similar treatment.
It's evaporated into a concentrate and then sprayed into that skimmed milk powder form.
The product is free from GMOs, antibiotics, and inhibitory substances, and contains no additives or neutralizers.
CHARACTERISTIC
White to creamy white colour, free flowing powder, typical milky taste and smell without foreign odour.
APPLICATIONS
Mainly dairy industry, UHT milk, yogurt, cheese, chocolate industry, the production of ice cream, confectionery industry, bakery, and other food industries.
